The evening starts at 5:30 pm. The pasta making demonstration 30 minutes. Appetizers begins at 6 pm, followed by dinner and dessert. The entire evening is usually 2 – 2.5 hours.

Yes, 2 bottles of Okanagan wines are supplied. Hosts are welcome to supply their own wine as well for the evening.
Yes, all dinnerware and cookware is provided.
I give a fun and simple demonstration of how to make fettuccine pasta from scratch.

This is an intimate dining experience compared to a large Italian restaurant serving many people. The menu is 100% homemade with no shortcuts taken.
